These figures are computed from coded_passages_v2.json, not typed in. When new interviews land, one script refreshes this page.
Thirteen parts. Each card shows how much coded material stands behind the chapter, who owns the draft, and where it is. Drafting begins mid-July; everything below is research state, honestly labelled.
Thirty sessions in the archive. Four recorded and pending handover, including the untagged 30 Jan group discussion. Seven targets on the chase list, agreed with the funders on 17 June.

Every decision that shapes the book, with the date it was asked and the date an answer was due. The 48-hour turnaround the timeline depends on is tracked here, in the open.

Payments are milestone-linked per Schedule B of the agreement: each gate is invoiced on acceptance, invoices are payable within fifteen days, and a review meeting followed by seven quiet days counts as acceptance. Figures live in the agreement and in the finance discussion on the meeting page, never on this site.
The agreement's core promise, tracked per voice: anyone quoted sees their words and their context before print, and keeps redaction rights. Quote counts are computed from the corpus; the printed set will be much smaller. Statuses move as packs go out with chapter drafts from mid-July.
