TII Enters the Editorial Push

The TII decisions inside a broader LURU full-team call
What changed

Three Ways of Working

The team agreed how weekly updates, fact-checking, proofreading and material requests would run during the main edit.

Working rhythm

Updates become written

Routine Monday status moves to short Slack bullets: focus, blockers and people whose attention is needed. Full-team call time is reserved for editorial, design and coordination decisions.

Editorial capacity

Fact-check and proofing split

The editorial team would explicitly divide the TII fact-checking and proofreading load. Those are now treated as named workstreams, not a final-week catch-all.

Go out this week

The TII call for material was due to publish that week. Nikhil would supply the text; the design handoff would follow once capacity opened after Wednesday.

What the Team Agreed

The call settled how the team would coordinate the edit. The chapter structure remained open. The wider LURU operations discussion has been left out.
